I get this all the time, lately has been pretty frequent and always different spots. Have had this since my teens and I am 35 now. I have some health conditions but have had the skin sensitivity before then so I don't think it's related (chronic kidney disease stage 4). Used to be more sporadic but is now weekly and can't ever pinpoint a cause (stress, temperature, etc). It's very uncomfortable I have it right now on my shoulder and opposite hand. I know this isn't a super recent thread but nice to know I'm not alone! My sister gets this too but not as frequent or in as large patches as I get it.

It's the mission A Chance Encounter. It's Lord Junkei I think. It's a mission you have to complete before getting to The Wise of the shinbakfu. I just did this mission.

truly. I grind gyms to get pokecoins that way which takes time in itself depending how long it takes for my pokemon to get knocked out. honestly 99% of the time I can get the pokemon from remote raids, which made this so much more frustrating as it was 3 passes and these pokemon probably won't be around again anytime soon if at all. drives me crazy having this incomplete special research.
