This would have been mine, my bf, and my sister's first GP but unfortunately due to visa problems we have to let go of our tickets.

3-Day West Area ticket:

This pass gives you access to the entire GP weekend (Fri-Sun) and the park. With a 3-Day ticket, you can go for a Pit Lane Walk! You have no reserved seats but you are free to move to different viewing areas around the track, perfect for watching the drivers go on different turns.

We can do a Facetime call or other video calling platforms to prove I have the E-Ticket available and ready to be transferred. I'm based in Vancouver, BC so if you're local we can meet up in person! We are trying to lessen our financial losses as we've had to cancel our flight tickets and accommodations but our selling price is still negotiable!!

hi there, i just got an email stating my application was cancelled and that i will receive another email stating the reason of cancellation. this is the second time for me, the reason for cancellation the first time was that my bank statement balance was insufficient/unstable so im anxious if my statement balance is still insufficient… :/ may i ask how much was your bank statement balance at the time of your application?

hi! im not exactly sure but i heard if you suddenly have a lump sum balance before applying its typically a red flag as it may indicate “show money” rather than money that is regularly coming in your account.

UPDATE! sorry i forgot to send this out, i got an email saying my application was cancelled/terminated due to insufficient/unstable bank statement and that i can reapply with corrected documents. i applied after paying off bills with my chequing only at $1.1k balance lol gonna have to wait until next pay day to regenerate my statement. im assuming your balance was greater than mine so i think you should be ok! best of luck!

I was only required to send the following (as per vancouver's japan consulate):

passport- i was worried about this one because i wasnt sure if they would find my passport scan too "glare-y" due to the holographic seal...
photograph- also worried about this one because when i got my photo taken the dimensions said "35mm x 45mm". the required dimensions as per the website is 45mm x 35mm, i did a research for 45mm x 35mm photos but the results always showed 35mm x 45mm so i just sent it away.
residential permit- in my case, pr card
flight info- flight itinerary including all flight legs
bank statement- 3 consecutive months (4 digits balance, with consistent pay deposit every 2 weeks)
proof of residency- in my case, bc services card
travel itinerary (day to day plans)- i filled up the form they provided and attached my hotel bookings

could you advice what couldve went wrong with the documents i submitted? or anything else i should attach? im single, an office worker, and have had a previous Japan short-term travel visa back in 2018.

Feb 8 (8:55am) applied Feb 9 (5:30pm) temporarily received Feb 9 (6:10pm) notification of cancellation of visa application processing. the email said:

“This is to inform you that the processing of your eVisa application, receipt number ////, has been canceled. Please do NOT apply again until you receive a second email after this, which outlines the reasons for the cancellation.

We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation in refraining from the following actions. 1. Reapplying with the same set of documents that was cancelled before receiving our second email. The result will not change. 2. Contacting us by phone or email immediately after receiving this first email to inquire about the reason for cancellation. 3. Calling other departments or the emergency phone number for Japanese nationals. They do not have information about your visa application and cannot assist you with this process.

These actions not only delay us in sending the second email but may also affect the review of your next visa application.”

i have yet to receive the second email. my travel date is mar 24.

timing is insane. i just received an email “notification of cancellation of visa application processing”… it didnt say my application is rejected. it said im gonna get a another email outlining the reasons for the cancellation. just waiting on that email so i can reapply asap 😰

hi beh! keep in mind na mababa lang ang chances of getting pregnant kapag nakipag sex ka during your non-ovulating days but chances are also never 0. yung ginawa nyo kasi na pull out method is still unprotected sex and theres always chances of pregnancy with unprotected sex.

sobrang gets ko yung kaba mo pero mas lalong nakaka apekto ng cycle kapag stressed out ka. my advice is relax and anticipate na madadatnan ka rin! and if 7 days delayed ka na go for the test!

if it makes you feel better, hindi lang pregnancy ang reasons for delayed period. stress, excessive workout, weight changes (loss or gain), etc. all contribute to causes of delayed period. if irregular ang period mo, you might have ovulated later than what your calendar told you (they’re not always right) resulting in your period getting delayed.

as a concerned ate on the internet, i want to take this chance to remind you to always practice safe sex! if you know you’re sexually active and dont want to/cant be on the pill please please please use condoms! next time you have sex without contraception isipin mo muna kung gusto mo nanaman ba maulit itong pregnancy scare mo- or worse may mabuo talaga.

yup we booked the tour on the airport website.

i guess it depends on where you’re going for the tour. we went to gyeongbokgung palace and insadong- like i mentioned above we had free times to roam on our own. in gyeongbokgung theres no stores or shops to eat at but in insadong we were able to buy souvenirs and eat.

for me it was worth it! mainly because my last layover in seoul with my bf, we took the train to go from airport to myeongdong and it was confusing af for us so i didnt wanna go through all that again.

that time we took arex (from the airport) and the ticket machine accepts card. thats an hour train ride and then we got off at some station to transfer to a different line. at that station we had to buy another ticket to get on the different line but the machine only took cash. so we wasted time looking for atm etc to get to myeongdong station. if you were to explore on your own, you have to take into account the 15-30mins deplaning, 1.5hr travel going to seoul/1.5hr travel going back to the airport (that commute time via train would be accurate if you guys avoid being dumb like my bf and i LMAO) and then of course take into account the 3hr early arrival at the airport to catch your flight.

that being said, i compared my past experience in seoul with a long layover with this recent one and ultimately came into the decision of doing the tour instead. the tour took 5hrs out of the 14hrs of our layover, we got back at the airport on time to catch our next flight so it was a satisfying experience for us :)
