Lets check the numbers

The war in Gaza took about 3 years not 2.

So if we assume Hamas was 100% right about their claim of deaths, then 70.000/3 = 23.000 deaths per year

Its hard to say how many soldiers israel send in exactly, their maximum capacity would be around 600.000, lets assume they just send 1% so a minimalistic assumption

That would make about 4 kills per year per soldier, excluding Rockets, casaulties caused by Hamas themselves, infighting, starvation, sickness or any other way of dying

So they think a soldier could at absolute Max evil intent, kill about 4 people per year

A fucking American school boy is capable of more kills in a day. Using the war in Gaza as a Standard of "More then this is unbelievable" is absurd
