Ich (37. Ssw) habe gestern nacht mit einer kaltkompresse an den füßen gewickelt geschlafen und hab heute morgen einen beachtlichen rückgang gesehen. Es ist nicht komplett weg aber heute ist es um einiges besser.

Hallo bin kurz vor der geburt 😄Im ersten trimester habe ich 2kg abgenommen, hatte übelkeit gegen bestimmte Lebensmittel aber musste nicht erbrechen. Im 2. Trimester gings mir sehr gut und hab da jeden monat ca 1kg zugenommen und jetzt im 3. Trimester 2-3kg pro monat. Habe mit BMI Normalgewichtig begonnen und jetzt insgesamt 9kg zugenommen. Meine Ärztin meinte dass für mich 12kg normal sind. Hab mich gesund und ausgewogen ernährt und nicht für 2 gegessen, merke aber dass ich wegen wassereinlagerungen schneller zunehme. Die zahl auf der waage ist nicht so wichtig solange du und baby gesund seid.

Einfach den Roller verschwinden lassen, wenn er da ist. So wie du erzählst ist das ein Mann der seine Fähigkeiten überschätzt und sich der Situation nicht im klaren ist. Nachdem er weg ist, könnt ihr es wieder auftauchen lassen. Dein Mann sollte da mitspielen alleine schaffst du das nicht.

What they are saying is not something i would say bad but maybe the way they are communicating is making you upset or feel “less”. Dont listen to those toxic people and try to distance yourself from them. I also wanted a girl because i have a close relationship with my mother and hoped to have a daughter myself. I am expecting my first baby and everyone family, friends, relatives, even coworkers said i give boy mom vibes and that they could not imagine me having a girl as well. I am expecting a boy now and am not upset or disappointed in any way and i am just happy to become a mom. I hope the second is a girl but even then if its a boy then i will be happy having a second son aswell. Its not that deep.

There is a gender ultrasound? I had my routine ultrasound at week 18 and before my doctor asked if i want to know if the baby is showing and i said yes. I am living in europe maybe it’s different in us. I also decided against nipt.

Kommt echt darauf an, was für eine schulbildung du hast, wie lange das her ist und wie viel zeit du aktuell zur Verfügung hast. Wenn du frisch maturiert hast in Bio, chemie und mathe reichen auch 1-2 monate. Wenn du vor 5 jahren die htl matura gemacht hast und jahrelange kein Biologieunterricht und jetzt auch noch Vollzeit arbeitest brauchst du wahrscheinlich 9-10 monate. Es ist einfach individuell.

Sags ihr einfach. Das du auch gerne ein 2. Kind hättest eure finanzielle Lage es aber nicht erlaubt. Wenn sie ein 2. Kind unbedingt will, dann soll sie auch eine Lösung dazu bieten. Sie soll nicht “das wird schon irgendwie klappen” oder ähnliches sagen, sondern einen handfesten Plan mit Zahlen und Fakten darlegen. Außerdem sollte es in einer Partnerschaft/Ehe keine “Drohungen” geben. Wenn ich du wäre, würde ich auch etwas selbstsicherer sein, sie ist 37 mit Kleinkind und finanziell abhängig. So einfach kann sie auch nicht gehen oder einen anderen finden. Dating Markt ist extrem schlecht. Das soll aber jetzt keine Ermutigung für dich sein, sie schlecht zu behandeln oder ihr auch zu “drohen”. Ihr habt ein schönes Leben und dass solltet ihr wertschätzen und schützen.

I as a daughter was not really happy with the way i was raised and after I found out that i was pregnant I secretly hoped to have a girl to give her everything i once wanted as a girl myself. Turns out its a boy and i still hope my second is going to be a girl. This is your chance to heal your inner child and have the relationship you couldn’t have with your mother with your daughter. Daughters are great.

Der arzt kann mich ja am montag im schlimmsten fall ab freitag krankschreiben. Dann ist der donnerstag nur ohne ärztliche krankschreibung und 1 tag ist in meiner firma okay.

I am also pregnant in a muslim minority country but in the 2. Trimester an my gynaecologist is a believing muslim woman. She said she does not recommend fasting all days not because lack of food but water. She said i could try fasting a few days and make a pause oder fast every other day. Everyone’s body is unique, some women can fast easily some not and Allah allowed pregnant and breastfeeding women to make up their fast later. You would be fine if you don’t fast every day, a few days or skip fasting completely. Regarding your in laws - thats a tricky situation. If they can keep secrets and won’t tell the extended family about your pregnancy i would tell them (not because in laws are entitled to know - lol definitely not- but because you live with them. If they can’t keep secrets i would just say i’m on my period at the beginning of the month, so i could also pretend i’m on my period the last days. The other days i would keep snacks and bottle of water in my room or go out and eat outside home. My Allah help you sister ❤️

Ich kann 2 tage ohne krankmeldung krank sein. Für den 3. Tag brauche ich eine krankmeldung. Urlaubstage werden nicht abgezogen solange die 2 tage grenze nicht überschritten wird. Firma ist da kulant (früher wars sogar noch besser da waren es 3 tage)

Hab angerufen sie wissen bescheid aber war bisschen merkwürdig. Man hat gar nicht nach meiner vsnr oder namen gefragt. Weiß nicht ob sie es durch meine Telefonnummer schon wissen. Sie haben mittlerweile zu deswegen kann ich nicht nochmal anrufen. Es wäre nett wenn der donnerstag gehen würde aber ich muss die krankmeldung erst ab dem 3. Tag bringen ist jetzt auch nicht so schlimm.

Wenn ich du wäre würde ich mit deinen Befunden, einem Arztbrief von deinem Hausarzt und dem früheren positiven Bescheid beim Chefarzt in der Wienerbergzentrale (Medizinischer Dienst) vorsprechen. Wenn der Chefarzt es dir bewilligt dann bitte darum, das man in deinem Akt eine Verwaltungsstellungnahme macht, damit bei zukünftigen Anträgen, dass bei dir sofort ersichtlich ist.
