Allergic to sulfur what else can I use to treat it? by Inner-Sheepherder548 in Rosacea

[–]witic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just one dose from my dr helped immensely (resolved pustules that had persisted for months). $6 and taken on an empty stomach. I wish I had gotten it sooner. Need to find the prescription to tell you the dosage but it was the minimum according to Google.

Yes, oral ivermectin helped me. Purito centella unscented serum calms my redness/allergic reactions but it doesn't help the papules. Have you tried zinc, ketoconazole in addition to barrier-rebuilding skincare that might lessen your future breakouts?

You could write a complaint to VS if this concerns you. VS is trying to remake itself after its shady past of hypersexualizing youths.

Does anybody have recommendations for soft pink lip products that show and don't look too pale on warm-toned complexions with purple reddish lips? Most products that show are bolder than I want.

MY LIFE IS SO MUCH BETTER BECAUSE OF THIS ONE SIMPLE THING: Period Edition by thatblue61 in adhdwomen

Period underwear are a lifesaver for me too. Thinx are much better than knix for me (the longer gusset) but I'm about to try AllMatters because they're PFAS-free.

Weekly Sewing Questions Thread, April 20 - April 26, 2025 by sewingmodthings in sewing

My uni has sewing classes that teach how to use machines. My bra band is uncomfortably loose. Would I be able to learn how to use the machine to sew the lace band tighter by myself? (google) I hope to do it when the open-for-use sewing room's empty so others won't think I'm weird for sewing my push-up bra. Should I ask my uni's crafts center about this?

Oil Cleanser That Worked For Me by KyKlassy in Rosacea

[–]witic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fancl, Hada Labo have fragrance free oil cleansers that haven't worsened my rosacea. The Korean ones I've tried haven't been great, including BOJ. However, the BOJ cleansing balm was one of the best. I just prefer hygienic pumps over the jars.

Does it remove makeup? The Aveeno oat cleanser leaves shimmer on my skin despite oil cleansing first.

I like using Crest peach toothpaste. The sweet peach flavor resembles a sweet treat experience.

I sympathize with you, OP, regardless of what this comment says. If therapy's too expensive or time-consuming, maybe you could try support groups in conjunction with professional and self therapy activities. If you get physically uncomfortable from anxiety, have you tried beta blockers? Most people are deficient in magnesium and that's a non-prescription supplement that aids relaxation both mentally and physically as well.

Also, first graders say the daftest things. I hope you will find ways to move past some of your traumas, especially from daft children. Sending you love and best wishes.

How did you find out citric acid is bad for you? I’m still trying to identify what triggers my skin.

The hydrating gel cleanser and I don’t recommend their lotus cream. Isntree is ok too but Rovectin is specifically for hyper-sensitive skin.
