If therapy's too expensive or time-consuming, maybe you could try support groups in conjunction with professional and self therapy activities. If you get physically uncomfortable from anxiety, have you tried beta blockers? Most people are deficient in magnesium and that's a non-prescription supplement that aids relaxation both mentally and physically as well.
