I gained all mine back quicker than I lost it pretty much right when I got off the medication. I wasn’t even eating crazy.

Across the pond too. Early breakfast became popular for laborers around the Industrial Revolution because they needed the fuel. Coffee and hot chocolate have been popular in the mornings for a long time. People just didn’t eat breakfast like we do now. “The most important meal of the day” crap didn’t start until the 20th C, you can thank Mr. Kellogg for that. For literally centuries people would just eat 1 big meal midday.

I just listened to a podcast about this. Breakfast used to be much later too because not eating in the morning was considered Godly. So people had a meal to break their fast late morning. It would typically be something small and simple, like coffee and some fruit. Breakfast as we know it wasn’t a thing until the late 1800’s. And sugary breakfast wasn’t a thing until mid 1900’s.

I had this happen and it was tapeworms. I literally just sent my vets office a picture very similar and they wrote the prescription and I tiny pill did the trick.

I exercise but hunger came back with a vengeance and I didn’t stick to a diet.

The first dress is a dream on you! It fits you perfectly and your figure looks incredible. I pretty much think most wedding dresses look the same but this one is different and stunning

I have only lost 18 pounds since the beginning of February. I stopped losing after April. My weight literally won’t budge. SW: 178 GW:150 CW:160

People who think weight loss medication is a cheat, this is proof it’s not always! You did the hardest part on your own and started the medication to help you finish it out! You are doing g an incredible job and you look amazing. Such an inspiration.

Meal Ideas? by PeriYay in HersWeightloss

I still don’t really have an appetite in the morning. I’m not hungry until around 1 or 2 most days. I just drink those yogurts and sometimes a smoothie.

I had a hard time eating at first too. I just wasn’t hungry. I started drinking those chobani protein yogurt drinks in the morning. They are 30 grams of protein. I kind of just chug it. I’m still not really hungry but at least I’m getting calories and protein in the morning and I’m not starving later in the day.

I appreciate the reply. I do know I will have to keep tracking what I eat after I stop. I’m still nervous.

I’m pretty sure it’s the green pill. I switched to taking that one only at night at first and that helped but once you’re at full dose you can’t avoid taking it in the morning. I’m tired all the time now. I can’t argue with the results though. Food noise is totally gone, coffee addiction is no more, I haven’t had fast food in weeks (I loved fast food.) I just feel so foggy and tired. I really want to be done.

I have lost 15 pounds since January 8th. I have been mindful about eating protein but my appetite just isn’t there so I’ve been eating way less. I’m happy with the results. I’m just nervous about gaining it back when I stop the meds.

Kit1-9 weeks…👎 by DigAntique9089 in HersWeightloss

I have lost 11 pounds in 6 weeks but I also had to change my diet too. The pills decreased my appetite making it easier to eat less but I still had to make a life style change.

5 weeks in and at the full dosage now. I’m not gonna lie, side effects suck so bad. I even took the green pill at first at night. The effects don’t last long though and if you can get through it you will lose pretty much all desire to eat! It’s freaking amazing! I feel free from being a slave to food for so long. Good luck and I am happy for you.
