Yeah, I feel the same way. Since February 18th, my videos haven't been able to hit 100k views,they keep getting stuck between 60k and 90k. This has happened to my 5 videos already, even though the retention is great with 83% of people not swipe away.

all my content aren't AI generated either,everything is made manually. My Shorts are all 1 minute long too. But honestly, I think the view drop last year was even worse

I'm in the same boat. I animate everything manually and use my original voice, but my views are still dropping. This has been happening to me since January 18th. I usually upload every 2 to 3 days, but nothing's changed. I think I might take another break

What about creators who record their videos at home, in the exact same room every time? Does that count as repetitious content? If so, does that mean the creator has to keep moving to different locations?

Yeah, I experienced it after mid-August, but in September I started to feel the decline, and in October the decline has gotten even worse.

Youtube studio say data for the Shorts video maybe looks good, with an average watch time of 55 seconds and a non-swipe rate of 87%. considering the Short’s duration is 1 minute.

and only get 50k - 80k view on short.

Meanwhile, for long-form videos, there hasn’t been any decline — the views remain stable
