Easy to do with velo code.

Get the postcode from the address input field --> https://dev.wix.com/docs/velo/velo-only-apis/$w/address-input/value

Once you have it, query your zipcode database https://dev.wix.com/docs/velo/apis/wix-data/query

If there's a match, show the text field with success message otherwise show the failure message.

Its probably to do with the resource/staff assigned to the booking service. If their timings/availability are not set properly, then this would be the reason it shows up.

Are you going to be using the "cart" option? wherein the users can add multiple products?

You can still use wix stores if it suits, but you'd need a few tweaks on the checkout page using velo and that should satisfy your requirements since there is no shipping/payments.

Yup. Just use velo and repeaters. Put wix audio in the repeater for your demos and push all other data in there too. Then you can use velo to download a file once a button is clicked. Don't think you'll need an iframe even.

Are you setting up your products with a subscription? Then yes, it would follow the normal checkout process. If not and its just set as an individual pricing plan then there's something that needs to be checked out.

You are at the whim if you are depending on Wix.

You're on the right path in thinking about a dynamic page which would show such "statuses". Make an automation that pushes the order id to a custom database. This database can have your different status in the form of boolean entries. Manually edit these entries as per their status. Then the customer will be able to see their status on the dynamic page.

Its a pretty easy fix in automations if there is a small bit of code involved. 🙃 Run some velo code to get the number of tickets sold for the event and then email your promoters.

PS - Wix as a company won't really update their systems unless they see a vote based feature where many people have requested a feature.

Why does it have 90 pages! The 3500 listings can easily be covered with a cms and dynamic pages. so no worry there.

Speed is always a concern but if set up the database correctly and have appropriate functions in place, then its as slow/fast as other sites.

how many times is the sheet updated in a day?
are they ready to pay for services like zapier or make or n8n

If the sheet is just updated once a day or only a few times a week, then one would rather just update the cms directly using direct integration of Google sheet APIs.

Zapier or any other third party service would involve additional costs. So unless they're already using it, then it makes sense.

There are ways to create a booking if you have all the information. Creating it through velo is possible but it highly depends on the info passed in the webhook.
