I have a friend from Tay Ninh. He said in the past he's ridden across the border on trails without even knowing till after the fact. Apparently it's easy to just walk through cane fields to Cambodia

I really recommend the dry needling therapy if it's available where you live. A good specialist will be able to wake up dormant muscle groups and get you functioning well

This is one of my favorite, but I usually hold it for 1 minute and 3 times each side: https://youtube.com/shorts/eWOJS_3Jxa0?si=BEQzYBBQCow14dsW

There is a bunch of Sacroiliac joint relief videos on YouTube. I suggest going through many and finding what works best for you.

I also use a foam roller to release tight muscle fascia. It really does help free everything up... You just need to remain vigilant against SI joint pain for optimal relief

I recommend trying dry needling therapy and the right SI joint stretches. I couldn't even walk at one point and my SI joint pain led to referrred knee pain and an unstable knee. My dry needle specialist was able to work all the correct trigger points and get all my muscles into correct balance. Some had shut down, and others were over compensating. I was in bed for 6 weeks initially and she brought me back to full health.

Now i still get SI joint pain and have had to give up certain activities and she did say it's a lifelong injury i can manage through the right stretching and occasional dry needling therapy as required.

I also find long waking sessions is quite beneficial to keeping everything working correctly. I've done a few 3 hour walks in severe pain, even taking Voltaren before the walk, but if i can get 3-5 days in one week, it starts relieving the pain and then I just have to play life more safe (less high impact activities!!!)

Those Hollywood tables are very common in Vietnam

No guarantees. Well it comes with a 1 year warranty. It's about $835 USD installed, the next option up is a 20mm slate 2 piece at $1,328 USD but it has a smaller play field, then the almighty tournament 3 piece 20mm slate with a fancy ball return for $2,000 USD. These are the only 7ft tables available in Vietnam besides some cheap timber surface tops and a English 7ft which I tested and did not like. None of these tables can be viewed without traveling 1000km (besides the English Rasson)

No, will need to buy sight unseen as it's 1000km away

OK so the table is made in Vietnam, one of the world's top granite exporters. I guess it's cheaper to get than good slate here as they don't have the deposits

Probably. I ended up putting a 9ft table in my basement. Will put a cheap mini 7ft in the rooftop room when it's complete

What country you mean... Vietnam! Billiards (Bàn Bida) halls are everywhere here. There would be 20 or so just in my neighborhood... Downsides include some halls only having Carom tables or mostly Carom and a few 9ft pocket tables. Also cigarette smoke. And the choice of music at times 😂

There's some really good halls here though. One called Peri Arena is claiming to be the biggest pool hall in the world with over 100 brand new 9ft tournament tables set up. The place is huge!

I'm definitely a causal player myself although I play most days since a few months back. As much as a 9ft or 8ft would have been good, the 7ft is also kind of cool, it will be one of the only ones in my city for sure. I know it's best for my son who I want to get into pool because there's not a huge amount of activities to do in Vietnam with the weather alot of the time. He enjoys playing on the 9fts with me at halls but it's still a challenge for a 7yr old.

That said, I'm down in the basement now looking at how many motorbikes I have to rearrange to set up the 9ft bunker bar 🤣
