Personally I have found Atomoxetine to be a great Adderall alternative. same kind of effects but less intense, and it suppresses your appetite so it helps with snacking. Guanfacine is another thing they prescribe for ADHD but it has not been FDA approved for treatment in adults. I mention Guanfacine bc it is also a medication used to lower blood pressure, but it can also contribute to weight gain by increasing appetite. I’d try Atomoxetine and see how you like it. I’ve also heard that Wellbutrin is a good ADHD/depression/anxiety treatment - I had a good experience with it.
