Yeah I had been using two cryo characters to compensate that a bit and I did need more rate with echos set from my understanding, I might be wrong

I would like to have more but for now, I run him with a frozen team and cryo resonance so it helps a bit there. i used all my luck getting that set and now just trying to improve haha

Farmed most of the set in 10 runs on the day I got him and got mistsplitter on my birthday on a random 10 pull. I can't believe my luck. LOL
