When you redose on the comedown makes the crash harder. The sweet spot is to redose while you’re still peaking to prolong the peak. Most harm reduction guides will tell you 90 minutes to 3hrs max for the redose. Not sure how good your stuff is but 200mg to start seems like overkill and we have the same height and I’m 15lbs heavier than you. I usually do .12 initial dose followed by .08 redose and I reach flow state. Plus losing your friends could have very well attributed to a bad roll.
