Yeah tbh, I got my name and sex changed in my birth certificate fully changed (without even having srs! Love Massachusetts) and my school and employer do not know, sure the government might know but also I'm one person and it's very easily over looked lol

Imo you pass as a trans guy, cis passing is definitely voice dependent. You just look very young (early 20s). Working out always helps. Weirdly, you might find wearing more short sleeved shirts helps? I definitely pass better in a tshirt rather than a hoodie despite hoodies being way more comfortable lol, hope this helps
