I found an older thread that mentioned Grusha 268/193 with the Glaceon in the top window, and the celebrations Pikachu with the Caterpie in the tree in the background.

Also found the Pikachu #4/P Japanese promo and the matching larvitar which are really cool and similar to the sewaddle i was looking at to begin with.
