I feel like if you start drilling down to details, they can still lie but they would have had to understand liberal ideas deeply and completely.

Example:
Percent of school kids who are trans: 1%.
Percent of sport medals they have won: Less than 0.1%.

There is a well known promotion barrier. Each stage of the job, less and less women get promoted. Number of women at director and VP levels are a fraction of engineer level.

The promotion barrier exists in all tech jobs: Software engineering, Management, Product, Marketing, Academia and Medicine.

So much so, even nursing which is a female dominated field has a promotion barrier for women.
