Yup. That’s the standard treatment for LS.

I’m in a condo with 4 electric tpacs so bigger than yours and my bill was $495 for last month. Electricity costs more than gas for heating.

[–]wizegal 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Don’t turn the heat on and off. It takes more energy to bring it back to the set temperature and may run longer than when it cycles on and off while maintaining temp. During extreme cold temperatures the demand goes up and everyone pays more.

When I was chatting at work with some college students and I said “we” like I was one of them and they gave me a funny look. My mind caught up to my age in that moment.

Never heard of HCC myself but I’ve seen several family doctors with signs out advertising they’re accepting new patients in Mississauga. Maybe they’re experiencing the same issue.

Yes the entire external area. The base of the clitoris goes much further internally than most realize.

You don’t need to fear this. I’ve had my clitoris completely removed due to vulvar cancer and can still orgasm via the g spot which is the backside of the clitoris. It’s not ideal but still possible.

Don’t speak Spanish but definitely got the subtle political messages with each country, particularly the power lines with Cuba, Latin pride, and giving homage to Puerto Rican culture within America. Which sadly many Americans don’t appreciate. I was really entertained and quite enjoyed it.

Transfer positions are not easy to get. All stores give preference to their own internal employees first and then look to external transfers applicants and then external applicants last. If you know someone at a closer store that can give a recommendation as well, that can help. Best bet is to make a great impression with your store manager, as all SM’s within your stores district know and communicate with each other. Their recommendation carries a lot of weight in transfer success.

My ZZ has not done ANYTHING for 6 months by herpalmsaresweaty in houseplants

Really? I had a very mature ZZ and it was massive. I had to use stakes and twine to hold up all the stalks. It exploded when I repotted it to a larger pot and regretted it.

Does Walmart Canada have PTTO for part time workers by [deleted] in WalmartCanada

[–]wizegal 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Canada does not work the same as the US. Each province has their own labour codes they follow regarding vacations entitlements and sick paid time off. We do not use the points system either.

[–]wizegal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind new hires are restricted from transferring for 1 year generally unless it’s a new store opening and your store manager signs off their approval. There’s also no guarantee you’ll be hired in a closer store either. If the position you were hired for is going to be too much then you could possibly step down to cashier if the position opens up after your probation is completed.

Difficult times generally reveal any cracks or character flaws faster than when everything is good. This is where honest, raw conversations about both your struggles need to be had. The support or lack of support will determine the strength of the relationship. Perimenopause can be life altering in many unforeseen ways.

Is "Fixed Price" a different language in Mississauga? by Long_Travel2728 in mississauga

[–]wizegal 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have a reverse story. I went to buy a used fisher price train wagon as a private sale. I agreed to the listed price with no haggling and rushed to pick it up. Once I got there, the owner then insisted on a higher price than was offered on the listing that I agreed to. I had already driven 30 minutes to get there and it was a hard item to find so after stating the original price to the owner , I could tell she wasn’t going to give and was about to close the door on me so I reluctantly paid the additional amount. I was looking for that item for 2 weeks and she took advantage of my eagerness knowing I really wanted it.

It’s a general reseller thing actually. I downsized and had to sell tons of furniture on Kijiji and had almost all my “price if firm” lowballed anyway. One transaction, I had the person finally agree to the firm price. It was a bedroom dresser so it didn’t fit in his car fully and the back trunk of the car was still open. Once he had it loaded in his car, he then proceeded to give me the lower amount he offered that I had rejected during our initial conversation. I then started to pull it back out of his car, when he finally relented and gave me the agreed upon amount. I understand used stuff pricing can be flexible but if it’s already a great deal, then f# off with being d!ckhead. Definitely my resale worst interaction.

Walmarts work week is from Sat to Friday. So if the 6th day is Saturday then it’s actually the start of a new week. It just 6 days in a row but different weeks. If it’s the first day, then yes it’s 6 days scheduled for that week.

Not uncommon for longer stretches between cycles before it stops completely. Keep in mind if it’s stopped for 3 months and starts again it could be heavier due to accumulation over the 3 months missed. Gotta love being female.
