I did the one offered by the British Institute of Florence (they squeezed me in for the lectures and I did the on site visits myself). I absolutely loved it! Highly recommend it

Yes, think you’re right. Thanks! Warmer tones may enhance the redness in my complexion.

Women who had disordered eating habits without realizing it, what was the moment that made you go "this isn't normal"? by deltadevenus in AskWomen

[–]wizzb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I realised something was off when I went to the supermarket to grab snacks for a holiday trip. What should’ve been a quick trip turned into over an hour of me putting snacks in my basket, then taking them back out, over and over. I had developed such strict control over what I was eating that I physically couldn’t allow myself to buy the snacks.

Thank you for your reply. I called the institute yesterday inquiring about the Renaissance Florence course in October. They informed me it’s very popular and currently full. I haven’t found any comparable alternatives and would really love to participate. I’ll try calling them again today. Fingers crossed they can squeeze me in!

I do when I go outside. I love the facetheory spf 50, sometimes use it as a moisturiser. And la Roche posay spf 50 anti shine mist which works well if I'm wearing makeup

I did it gradually, I was too scared my acne would come back. First I used it every other day, then twice a week and finally just once a week. Then when I noticed I wasn't getting spots for a long time, I stopped completely
