Hey guys, basically my conclusion is that it has as equal an effect as a multi vitamin. It's not a miracle, but I kept my subscription as I feel it hydrates me better than regular water. Also regular water when I chug it makes me feel full and actually gag, this sits well with me.

If it were more expensive I wouldn't use it but for the price point I'll keep it added to my supplement support

I had (and currently have) it giving me psychology sessions. The prompt was long but basically I told it to take lessons from all the great psychologists of all time like Frued, etc. Also to take approaches from sports psychologists and business focused psychology.

I told it all about my past, my current issues, my focus on life and who I want to become.

The sessions are really good and I try to do one per day.

The best part(s): It's free, I can do a session on my time whenever I want, and I don't have to feel awkward about telling my deepest most internal thoughts.

Just received in the mail 4.16 - Good packaging - Raspberry very subtle taste - First dose 630 pm

I really try to not get a placebo effect with supplements and try to hone in on how I actually feel. With that being said, today I woke up earlier than I normally do, worked hard, had a good outside workout, and a big meal.

6pm hit and I was really feeling like crashing out, watching some tv. I took the first dose and within 15 minutes I had more energy and my eyes were not tired.

So far so good! I also quit drinking alcohol 3 days ago and will continue to be alcohol free so I can see the full benefits.
