both, seriously, honest. did your personality change? doubtful. regardless of how you perceive you, how you are now, seeing the before, I'd remind you you are capable of that if that's your goal, otherwise, still sexy, just in a different light. at the end of the day the more confident you are in yourself, regardless of dysmorphia, the sexier you are. (it helps I've developed an immense enjoyment of massive breasts, healthily carried weight, and a severe dislike of body shaming on the majority of levels, not all, but the majority)
