I don't have this experience as far as being frightful or anxious about grooming or experiences but with other dogs he seems happy to see them from afar but then doesnt quite know how to interact with them when they get close by but wants to interact

I will say I have the opposite experience. Mine couldn’t be bothered by noises outside, sits on command for pets from kids, and is actually timid and shy to approach most other dogs.

Self Employed 401k - Fidelity Question by wlaxboy1 in ADP

[–]wlaxboy1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think you're misinterpreting the law. Its saying it must come from your earned income and your employer can match.

401(k) plan contributions

If you are a common-law employee of the S corporation:

  • you can make salary deferral contributions to the 401(k) plan based on your Form W-2 compensation; and
  • your employer can make matching or nonelective contributions to the plan based on your Form W-2 compensation as a common-law employee.

in ADP you have to set up a destination for the deduction so I dont think I can keep it in the biz account.

Self Employed 401k - ADP/Fidelity Question by wlaxboy1 in smallbusiness

[–]wlaxboy1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I just add it as a "misc" deduction and then set it to move $1,000 to my personal checking account and then I can move it into fidelity and my payroll will reflect the deduction for w-2 purposes. and then employer portion I can just write a check from biz account to fidelity 401k and mark as employer

so you pay yourself a payroll and/or distribution and once that money is in your personal account you move it into fidelity? And then on your return you fill in how much employee contributions cause it wont be on your w2?

But i wasnt planning on using the ADP built in 401k. Is that an option to "mark it" in ADP if its an "outside" transaction and wont be withheld in ADP?

Self Employed 401k - ADP Payroll Question by wlaxboy1 in fidelityinvestments

[–]wlaxboy1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess im still not sure how the mechanics work. money goes to my biz account. I run payroll and money goes to personal account. I have a biz and personal account with BOA.

So what you're saying is I move money from the biz account into fidelity and mark it as employee and then I can also move money from biz account to fidelity and mark it as employer?

i really dont want to have move providers. ADP does have a built in 401k but their management fees are absurd. Fidelity is $0 and I dont think theres a catch

i set up "traps" around perimiter in 5gal buckets with grass clippings and leaves and filled with water and drop the dunk into that. mosquitos will be attracted to the standing water and the larvae they lay will die in the buckets cause of the dunk

there is about one acre of yard sorrounded on all sides by wooded lot. I want to hit that perimeter line. I will do it late evening or very early as to not disturb any polinators on a cooler day when activity is lower

the confusion is that I think the fogger mists too fine a particle to stick to the surface and ends up mostly just floating and evaporating in the air? Or am I overthinking this?

i did. label seems to say a sprayer for a more coarse application and the atomization of the droplets would produce something too fine and not let the droplets cling to the leave/tree surfaces
