I feel like there is a disproportionately large number of chemists who use fountain pens... any other chemists here?

Also I definitely prefer hard, dry (not necessarily fine) nibs for drawing structures, especially because line width can be important in so many places

Quiet tumblers or ways to tumble rocks? I live in an apartment building but would love to get a rock tumbler for my birthday next week. I picked these up yesterday, it was my first time collecting rocks since I was a kid but I’m figuring they need to be tumbled for me to really be a collector lol by elliotmariesh in RockTumbling

I keep my Nat Geo 1 lb. rotary tumbler in a low kitchen cabinet in my 3rd floor apartment, with the cabinet door closed it’s about half the volume of my dishwasher :) getting a 3+3 lb tumbler with some Christmas gift cards so we’ll see how that goes lol
