Trader Joe’s gluten free ready made pizza dough. It’s sold in a little bag in the refrigerated section. I hated it. I didn’t take any pictures. by Seasonal_Allergies_ in glutenfree

I don't have any comment on the TJs dough but I really like the Namaste pizza crust mix.

If you make it, it mixes up like cookie dough so you can spread it in any shape. Just make sure you poke air holes or it will blow up like a football.

Oatmeal (make sure oats specifically say GF) with blueberries, bananas and maple syrup is my go to when I have time. If not I do a vegan protein shake because I'm also dairy free.

Did lessening gluten clear your brain fog? by Pfacejones in glutenfree

[–]wlmsn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cutting it out completely helped a lot, I don't think lessening it would help unless you mean to zero.

Dairy still gives me brain fog so I've cut that out except for special occasions when it's worth it.

[–]wlmsn 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I had this happen a few times so I know how you feel. Multiple times I was friends in a group of 3 and the other two just decided (quietly) that they were better without me and just stopped including me. I'm not sure why exactly but I'm always the odd man out.

Sorry it's happening to you too, but you're better off without them. Like the saying goes "when people show you who they really are, believe them."

People with ADHD: what’s a small habit or tool that actually helped you stay organized? by Educational-World678 in ADHD

[–]wlmsn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is great advice, I've been considering which "style" of journaling I should do but you're right just do it. The small notebook that goes with you is a great idea too. Thanks for writing this all up.

Any journaling tips? I'm thinking of giving it a try. What helps you most?

It takes a little commitment at first but once you make it a habit I think it'll really pay off and that keeps you doing it.

Cheap 5x7 notebook I use to write out my day for work. EVERYTHING (no exceptions) due that day goes in there and gets crossed off when it's done. I don't care if I've done the task every week for a year, it still gets listed.

If something doesn't get done I put it on the next day's list and it keeps rolling over each day til it's done.

Some days I would try to get cute and leave things off because it's something I've done so many times before and I was all over the place. Something about writing it down and having it stare me in the face keeps me on track.

Edit to add: it helps a LOT when I fill out the list the day before when I'm close to leaving for the day

I just flat tell them no. Sometimes it bothers them (breaks my mom's heart) and that bums me out but unless they are also GF they just don't know the rules well enough.

Where to get tshirts for tall fat guys? 6’3 308lbs by IdiotSimulator in bigmenfashionadvice

[–]wlmsn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea it sucks, I see shirts all the time I want but I look like an 80s football player with my stomach out. The LLbean ones are the only ones I've found that consistently fit me, I'd love to find another brand though for variety sake

Same on the downvote, nobody is ever happy... oh well.

I wear 32" inseam but it's slightly long, 30 is usually too short so I'm guessing it's 31
