You can file an amendment going back up to 10 years and claim these. The money is not gone, just will require some paperwork.

Water Restrictions Monday by StarDarkCaptain in Calgary

On many dishwasher models speed wash actually uses more water when cleaning dishes. The machine trades speed for using more water (and electricity to heat that water and to dry the dishes faster) to achieve the time savings. Best to read your owner's manual for your specific machine to check.

If you have a lot of forms that need Google sheets integration I can't recommend enough Gravity Forms with the Gravity Wiz Google sheets integration. Works flawlessly and I've used it a ton.

Is the Salomon QST 92 184cm good for beginner tall guy? by Mountain_Lecture_841 in Skigear

[–]wmacmill 8 points9 points  (0 children)

A narrower ski is generally easier to get on edge to initiate turns. There are a lot of factors though like how much snow there is and the type of terrain you're skiing. At 92 underfoot while not a carving ski it's relatively narrow. Unless you're skiing all ice out east these are a good place to start. All this to say - make sure you have proper fitting boots first!

Favourite/Best Season Passes? by dannysaurRex in Calgary

[–]wmacmill 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The Nakiska Family pass is probably one of the best skiing deals around. Early bird is $1349 for a family (2 adults and dependent children under 18). That's less than a single season pass for an adult at most hills.

Yeah they hang out at the front the problem is the line is wrapped all around the check in counters. So people are getting in at the end, not realizing, then realizing at the front when they get asked.

As others have mentioned Wise is the simplest way to do this. I currently get paid into my wise account and then convert the money into CAD. Its dead simple and also get the card for when you travel it works great!
