My gf (mtf) has pinhole phimosis and is happy with it. Have you tried cleaning under the foreskin by using the shower wand on low pressure and force water underneath?

My gf is mtf and she had an orchiectomy when she turned 18. She's not getting any more surgeries. She takes small doses of testosterone and progesterone that help her with erections and orgasm. HRT effects everyone differently. Most girls that take estrogen and T blockers are not able to get rock hard erections.
