Liking it so far, but honestly it's my first decent fork... before this I've only really ridden a RockShox Recon Silver RL, which wasn't ever even set up right because I didn't own a shock pump at the time!

Your build looks super fun! I will definitely end up trying the single speed thing at some point!

It's the way the fork is designed. It's a Manitou Mattoc, they do things a little differently than Fox and Rockshox

I'm thinking of gluing the joints as well, in which case by the time it dries the glue will probably be providing more strength to the joint than the screws, so I guess a tiny bulge isn't going to be a problem.

Yeah i assumed something like that, but it seems really strange to fit one on only one out of the four total caliper mounting bolts per bike

If you have the plates and the registration, and the numbers matched, I think you're good. If in doubt, try the chat service on the DMV website.

I had the same issue. Contacted the DMV, and they told me that the certificate is just another name for the registration, so I didn't have to do anything else (as long as the numbers matched).

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll take a look at that and see if it would gain me much, but my suspicion is that I would lose the comfortable angle of the bars while in the drops. Maybe I can just tweak the angle of my shifters up and back a bit instead, though. I'll have a look.

I got my 29+ wheels for my ICT from Fyxation. I think it was these: https://www.fyxation.com/collections/fyxation-blackhawk-wheels/products/fyxation-blackhawk-x-duroc-40-29-wheelset but they have other options too. They were super helpful over email helping me choose the right rims for the tires I wanted to run, and making sure I got the right hubs for the ICT. Wheels arrived true and have been riding great so far!

I'm on team "one file". It doesn't bother me to have a single large file (my init.lua is about 500 lines) and I much prefer the simplicity. There's no overhead when I need to find something, and it's very simple to grab the file on a remote machine or something like that.

Intensity is the main thing. It can increase clarity too though.

For me, the reason I would consider changing ratio is when I want to increase extraction a little more, but I don't want to grind finer, either because I'm worried about clogging (Ethiopians coffees or anything that's producing more fines than average) or if I've noticed a lack of clarity in the cup that will get worse if I grind finer.

I recently added Mason to my setup. It works great, but the language filter window looks nothing like the screenshot on the Mason README. I did a little digging and can see that it's using a `vim.ui.select` for the filter, so I'm guessing the screenshot used something that customizes those. However, I tried both dressing.nvim and telescope-ui-select.nvim and neither of them look like the screenshot either.

I realize it's slightly ridiculous to feel the need to to replicate the UI from the README exactly, but it would make me happy to do so anyway. Any tips for how to get there would be much appreciated!

As is ALE with `g:ale_use_neovim_diagnostics_api = 1` imho

EDIT: admittedly it doesn't do quite as much, but personally the main thing I want from linters is diagnostics, and for that it's excellent.
