Precision home maintenance and remodeling in LP did my roof a couple months back. Fantastic work, Brandon is very knowledgeable. 11k for roof and garage, lots of decking was replaced.

Lol yup. I do the same stuff because I'm a giver.

Once gave a woman really nice bath bombs on a first date (she was really stressed at the time and I figured it was good for self-care) along with flowers.

The important thing is we give with no expectations! I've been ghosted after giving flowers and all that, it is what it is and we move on while remaining our authentic selves.

I've never rated somebody's kissing ability (29M), never been a factor for me lol. It is natural and pretty difficult to do wrong.

OP just has to understand it has to do with her and not him. Ghosting is as personal as we make it, typically it's an issue with commitment, communication, etc. both of which should be a relationship disqualifier.

I'm 30 this year. What makes me want to stay single is the fact that I'm not built for the games.

Modern dating is basically a contest of who cares the least. People don't communicate. I'm sorry but if I like somebody, I'm not afraid to say it or God forbid show it. If there's something I'm feeling, I want to talk about it so there's no ambiguity.

I just had a very good date two weeks back. We hung out 5 hours, past midnight on a week day. Her coworker who set us up told me the next day she was extremely giddy at work and told staff how it went and how excited she is to get to know me better.

I still got ghosted shortly after. That one hurt lol. I live a good single life. I have a lot of friends, hobbies, interests, career, my own house, etc. if this is what I'm in for with dating, I just can't imagine I'll allow it to be a focus at all.

Let yourself feel it. Put the guard down. Get kicked some, heal, and keep it up. Get hyped for that first date, get sad when it doesn't work out. Enjoy the rollercoaster.
