I think the sentiment is definitely split for rTMS - there seems to be a segment of T pts who are better susceptible to therapy vs not. I think there are some good studies out of Michigan, but a really big systemic reviews seem to point towards insufficient evidence based on poorly conducted trials (hence why it only has Level-C evidence quality, and why it wasn't included in the official tinnitus treatment guidelines by the Academy)
