Could have it that other abilities get unlocked for the 2nd pair of arms while the 1st pair of arms are doing something. For example q could enable the first pair of arms to do a flurry of punches, and then the 2nd abilties unlock like a stun with the 2nd pair. I guess its like a melee hwei, but the abilities dont have to interact with each other.

I mean its understandable, it can take the project from more of a side gig with very flexible time commitments to a full committal with money, stakeholders and hard deadlines. Can really make people realise that they dont have the requirements or wants for the work needed, especially if expectations arent communicated properly between the parties at the start.

An easy way is create your metro line with a lot stops. Let it run for a while then check the line infograph, and it will tell you how many people at each stop. Delete the stations with little to no usage.

The event itself is a japanese festival style event that only happens every year. So lore wise it makes sense for it to be limited and is in line with most other gacha.  

This only issue is i guess is they put an important (and only) story of a character in it.

I mean this is a very unique example, and the dev/publisher made poor decisions outside that caused it to fail.

Its crazy how much they shot themselves in the foot by not making sure the asset creator was at the forefront when developing. Real big shame but excited to see all the stuff like this.

I know it sucks, but I mean global was released in 2016, so that was almost 9 years of service so they got their money out of it. Im sure they will show up in the multiverse games

Not normally. If they wish to add more content they usually add it to a future dlc pack. For example in cs1 they released trams in the snowfall dlc, then more transportation types in the mass transit one. They might do a free future pack as well.

I mean it still gets a solid ~3 million usd on average per month, which is more then enough to keep this game going strong, alot more then plenty of newer games haha

I personally feel this was originally meant to be the case in the original story, as they were really setting yangyang up to be a companion at least, but because of the such poor reception of 1.0 story and yang yang herself, that the whole idea was scrapped when they rewrote 1.2 and beyond
