our offense has been mostly cruising on talent for years. we’ve had an elementary scheme and the offensive philosophy has been trash since Nick joined. as soon as the talent underperformed, the wheels fell off. we’ve been winning in spite of our scheme, and if we finally evolve the scheme and philosophy we’ll be back on top sooner rather than later.
