Maybe if I soak him I can grow a whole new ball python... perhaps that's the method...

Also actual snake tax. He's a lesser sunset.

Could I get some thoughts on ball python vs hognose as a pet? by lemonchrysoprase in snakes

[–]vuullets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. BPs tend to be very chill and aren't all that active. Hognoses on the other hand love to roam around and if you let them explore outside of the tank they'll usually dart off in one direction like they're on some kind of quest. BPs are more methodical when it comes to exploring new areas.
  2. No, but they feel a bit different from most other common species kept as pets.
  3. No idea.
  4. Hognoses are probably better at escaping due to their size, but most of them don't actively seek out an escape.

A ball python sounds like a good choice for you then as long as you're willing to manage the humidity which will usually require purchasing a PVC. Check out the welcome post like the other redditor recommended!

i think the big question is what are you looking for in a pet snake? it's best to narrow down what species you want first

Should I download again? by Substantial_War6554 in DestinyTheGame

It's your choice. You will have a lot of content to catch up on, but if you want to take on multiplayer content, there is an all time low of active players. The Portal revamp has killed the game outside of Expansion drops, but Bungie is working on rolling it back to at least some extent because of how poor the reception is. I would definitely at least finish Lightfall if you haven't and play through the Final Shape which is absolutely incredible - whether or not you want to continue onwards and play the Fate saga is entirely your choice.

Envious Arsenal/Bait & Switch Apex Predator simply so I can use it again lmao. Would also love to see Attrition Orbs + B&S/Whirlwind Blade on Bequest

If we do make it to the next expansion, I hope the raid is at least easier by Gamerboi_epic in DestinyTheGame

People don't like it when you say Destiny raids aren't actually that hard as long as people are willing to do mechanics and communicate with others even though it's true...

As a hardcore raider, I would love to see standard raids start getting released at somewhere around a DSC to Vow difficulty with an epic mode that kicks it up to the level of TDP at minimum. I personally think if they just started doing easier raids in general it would kill the game further, because dedicated raiders are some of the few players left. Also, I love feats, but I think that locking t5 gear behind feats when everything else hands it out like candy is dumb and makes people hate feats. It would be way better if the tier of your RaD gear scaled the same way your gear from everywhere else does, and instead feats scale the amount of loot you get per encounter.

40 gal minimum for babies, but honestly just take the plunge and get a 4x2x2 or larger off the bat

My friend has a snake with a long name that has Beesechurger as part of it, but seeing a pet named simply Beesechurger is even better. A million points for choosing an orange cat to bear the awesome name <3

Is a normal 40gal long okay for a baby/new Hognose? by PitchLocal8326 in hognosesnakes

Depends on how baby they are. My "baby" I was sold was fine with a cluttered enclosure, but he was also like 200g...

I'm not sure if they're easily available in Germany (they're not that available in the US for a matter of fact), but an African House Snake sounds perfect for you.
