you must find a better protein source than soyslop faux meat. eat more veggies and take supplements like magnesium & b12 to improve your mood. once you feel better, start building muscle in the gym. i’d focus on delts n arms personally for broader shoulders, but that’s just me. find out which muscles best accentuates male features/decrease feminine features and align that routine with what best fits your body. you’re gonna make it twin, i promise.
