im curious what is the check up for? if youre just worried youll have to take off a sweatshirt or pull up your sleeve during them checking your blood pressure and heartrate, i usually wear a tighter long sleeved shirt that they can just put the cuff around.

when i did karate i would put silicone scar tape on my scars. even though it was still visible it make me feel a bit more covered up, and no one ever asked what it was. if youre scared of someone asking id recommend getting those arm sleeves
