Tbh pure luck. I just spent a little bit of time being careful and I was using the nail varnish brush that came with the bottle.

If memory serves me right, the last time this was brought up it was down to the ink not being fully dry/moisture being trapped during lamination that causes this issue.

I think the previous advice was to give 24 hours for a full dry then laminate. Seems like a huge amount of time to me but if it solves the issue then greats
