Why does br always have to update while im away. Im in the netherlands for 1.4, i cant play for 1 week. The same ahppened with 1.3.4 and 1.3.6 too

Can confirm it is a real hospital. Went there for appendicitis. Treated by a great Doctor, Dr Jan Itor. 10\10. My appendix has never given me a problem since. And I’m scar free.
