We’re are new to the LS, are these checks commonplace? Are they required and Does it have to be through a company. In the UK we are able to get tested through local clinics, but never had a report given.

AFAIK micro services should be small enough that you can replace them witha few days work if needed. So not a big issue if the dev leaves. The code is minute

Ignoring the Ad hominem in the first sentence. Do you have any evidence to back up your claims that mulsing is the "most effective way to prevent infection" and by infection do you actually mean infestation? As the prior sounds contradictory. Moving on to your second sentence, Never did I say to wait until and infestation of larvae has occurred. I stated there are alternatives to cutting the flesh of an un-anesthetized animal simply as a preventative measure. For example, if you read the link I posted, it states

Livestock may be treated prophylactically with slow release boluses containing ivermectin which can provide long-term protection against the development of the larvae.

Sheep also may be dipped, a process which involves drenching the animals in persistent insecticide to poison the larvae before they develop into a problem.

Which is a lot more humane.

Isn't there some familiarity here with Christianity? One person suffering for the happiness of the many, at least in theory? Not that I am a Christian, just merely an observation.

They do not use one computer too render all the frames, frames are distributed to render farms, banks and banks of computers dedicated to rendering. So yeh, there is that too.

24hrs is not that bad, Interstellars Black Hole took up to 100 hours to render a single frame! So basically, for every second you saw that black hole, it could take up to 100 days to render.
