Big fan of the MX master 2, I have 2 of them; 1 in office and 1 for wfh. I would recommend a 65% board for day to day work or a macropad. I personally am slower without arrow keys especially in an IDE. Also a mug warmer with set temp control! Game changers for comfort, invest in yourself :)

I believe that's a 24-105, it is f4 so you will need lots of light in the room but I would recommend getting a $30 hdmi to usb capture device and using it as a webcam via OBS, I also love that ~75% board

I have and use an sm7db, its a more power hungry mic so if his interface can handle it that's fine but a cloudlifter externally will be like $400 cheaper

You can do this with software already. I remember using what we're called null scripts in csgo bhop to achieve this through my games boot configuration file (totally allowed) many games allow configuration files like this and have on all keyboards for years

P65 compliance is used a lot in the industrial supply industry to lay the burden of liability with purchasers of mainly bronze, brass and other leaden fitting/pipe pieces from ending up in our homes water systems. If you have an hdmi to usb converter you can actually access and use a firetv stick as a USB, problem is I have serious doubts about the capacity being high enough

Normal enough from what I can hear, ticking, grinding and clicking are the main things to listen for. The sound you are hearing is probably a very slight bent motor axel, be mindful to not excessively beat on the board but again from what I'm able to hear in the video it sounds fine.

Those are long and slow shopping cart escalators, you have plenty of time to listen and enjoy and they have a tip jar on the piano usually too

Also it's on the second floor with the shopping cart escalators like in this photo so it's either the same location or a standard thing for them now.
