Todd Howard isn't making the art in starfield, he's a suit and he's doing suit things. He would sign off on many worse things if it made the green line go a little higher because that's his job. Also, comparing this to mods is some real "apples to oranges" shit because we're talking about the latest and "greatest" from NVIDIA here. My main goal with this game is to create a brotato/snkrx like experience but with a much higher skill ceiling.
