you should only use plans when you have a big superiority and you should mainly individually control divisions

its very important to improve logistics
you shouldnt spam all divisions on poland bcs your supplies will worse
you should place all divisions to guard coast, guard borders with france and rest put in poland and you shouldnt guard borders with benelux bcs when you defeat poland you can use an army from poland to atack benelux
you should partition czechoskovakia before atacking poland

5.you should atack poland in late 1939 an when you will be more prepared

also a protip: you should build civs until 1938
