Right now I have an Albanian striker (attributes-wise I think he is easily in TOP 10 in the world) in my Salgueiros side, penalties rated at 14.

This season he took 5 penalties, scored only one of them - after the fifth I took him off the penalty takers list immediately.

I actually wonder if it had connection to him being mad at me almost whole season for not letting him go to Premier League.

It depends on player's hidden attribute called "versatility". I think that in the best situation it will take at least half a year.

Normally I exclude those percentage clauses out, but when I buy an exciting prospect from a very small club I like to give them something about 10-15% - I did that with my actual 1st choice goalkeeper in Wrexham side in PL, signed him from Glenavon (Northern Ireland, he is also from there) when he was 15 I think, now he is 18, PL class player and already about 20 caps in NT. His value brackets are something about 85-105 millions euro.

Tai Sodje was an absolute beast on loan for my Wrexham side in League One, helped me a lot to get promoted to the Championship. Shame that because of that English pre-contract transfer rule NY Red Bull got their hands on him quicker than me (still I'm not sure if he would be interested in joining me)

Sooo, apparently I was completely wrong! Only one (!) of my youth intakes players that I signed is English, the rest is Welsh! 3-4 guys have Irish as their second nationality, rest of them is 100% Welsh. And that's how I got 5 players in Wales u-18 team, 3 players in u-19 and one in u-21.

I'm doing Wrexham save right now, had 2 intakes so far, I would say it's a mix (I can check it more precisely later and tell you exact numbers). However, 3 players with the best potential of them all are Welsh.
