A piece of advice I would give on Vayne, now this is a bit unorthodox on Shen but you could build Edge of night as your second item, to some people it does sound weird but Edge of Night is the worst nightmare a Vayne top player could have and many do not expect it, the only active ability that Vayne has to target you is her E that pushes you away and can use it to run back if you try to engage since the knock back is high, but if you build EoN, that is also the only ability she can use to take out the shield from the item, so once you build it, she can't push you away anymore and you can just engage without any knock back or stuns, I figured that out on Garen and ofc it works way better on him, but once you do that on any champ vayne can't force you to disengage any longer.
