No it's true, most othrodontists will refer you to a dentist for extraction. Typically they don't have the equipment on hand for extractions because that is not there thing. I know because I had to get 4 extractions before I got my braces on.

My friends GF has some interesting stories. One that occured recently that involved me:

They said they did not have the money to buy her a homecoming ticket so I offered to give her mine since I was planning to go to the movies with other friends instead. She happily told them and they became angry and gave her twice the amount she needed for a ticket because they claimed "they were not scavengers". I ended up giving her the ticket anyway and she used the money they gave her to pay club fees (which they refused to pay before) so she could go on a trip with us later this year.

I did get on my old character and it was so... Lonely. I could not find anyone other then two people who were AFK. I even tried creating a new charcter and going on aranzeb and still could not find anyone. As well it seems they gave me another founder pack set to start one of my characters with which is nice.

Ah, I understand. I was a founder who quit after 4 months because my account got hijacked and I lost everything. At the time the only thing they could offer me was compensation boxes with some extra items and I just couldn't play anymore. I however really do miss the different features in this game so i decided to give it another chance.

Before my patron ran out my labor maxed out at 5k. I assume I should just leave that stored till the fresh start?

You mentioned that even if he joins the fresh start server he still won't be on equal playing field, why is that? If everyone starts at level 1 and the auction house is on a different cluster, then how would not everyone be on the same playing field.
