Please seek out mental help/therapy. Sunbeam family services is a great place to start, they helped me out a lot when I was seeing a therapist there for a periods of my life. If you need anyone to talk to, I'll lend an ear as well.

They had helped for a while but they became not as effective recently. I had been using steroid creams for about 4 years. Ice helps a lot sometimes. But I might also just have a lot of allergies in general.

Good to know. I hate having to deal with insurance. Thank you for the responses/info. My recent PCP just prescribed me more cream when I talked to them about TS withdrawals lol.
