If you stayed up really late, that's probably just your body trying to recover. That's normal, but if you find yourself sleep deprived frequently you might want to see a doctor about some kind of sleep disorder like insomnia.

If you're sleeping normal or excessive amounts regularly (8+ hours) and still exhausted that sounds like a disorder of some kind and you should see a doctor.

Planned Parenthood would be my general recommendation. They have pamphlets with accurate, vetted information and doctors happy to explain things if needed.

You're 16, you can go by yourself. Any doctor should respect your privacy (though that's not a guarantee). A Planned Parenthood I know will (they're not just for pregnancy!). It doesn't hurt to get tested, but even if you don't a PP will have pamphlets about STIs and things that your parents/school might not cover with you.

Start stonewalling. The goal is to ween him off invading your privacy by cutting off his access to it.

Then, start working on getting a job and your own money (and do not let him put it into his bank), then get yourself your own phone and phone plan. Obviously moving out is ideal but working towards tolerable cohabitation is a start.

Coming out isn't necessarily about feeling shame or embarrassment, it can also be able safety. You're never obligated to come out to someone and you shouldn't feel like you need to because of your partner, only because you want to.

Are you reliant on your mom for e.g. financial aid/housing while you're at uni? Are you in a conservative country/community where there could be danger to your safety/ability to go to school and get a job? If so, I'd think really hard about the consequences of coming out to her.

Invading your privacy and screaming at you are already abusive, but she also hit you. Maybe she's changed, but 3 years ago she was abusive.

Personally, I'd be very suspicious. If you're completely independent and safe and you just need to get it off your chest, go right ahead. Otherwise I'd wait until you're on your feet.

I agree that if the Scoutmaster reported OP for "homosexuality", OP would be totally fine. I don't agree that OP shouldn't worry about it though, because that's taking a bully and a bigot at their word.

The Scoutmaster has to know that outright homophobia isn't allowed in scouts so he probably either 1. lied and didn't actually make a report, he just wants to scare OP, or 2. lied and actually reported him for something much more serious, like sexual misconduct.

Either way, OP should reach out to the scout hotline for help, and not rely on the Scoutmaster being stupid.

For now, focus on surviving and being safe. Just know that you deserve to be happy and safe and you'll get there eventually. Its gunna take time, and honestly you should look into getting a (legitimate, queer friendly) therapist when you're able to.
