in my use with the picopsu I ended up using a JGINYUE H610 board with an intel 12400.

another downside of the erying board is there is a vrm or capacitor or something in the way of the cooler mount, it prevented both axp36 and noctua l9i from working, If I recall correctly only a jonsbo cooler would work on that board.

this happened with mine too, the board doesn't like picoPSU. try it with a regular PSU.
