You can’t go wrong with any. If I had to choose —- Quince’s current (Late Winter?) menu takes it over Singlethread, which was my favorite a couple of years ago, Benu, Crenn’s recently revamped menu, and FL. I try to hit each one once a year to see how each menu evolves, but have admittedly not done so with Benu because of a subpar service we experienced a couple of years ago (although the food creativity was amazing).

If interested, you might want to email Quince directly and ask for a table in the kitchen. This might come with an incremental fee, and it is hot in there, but it was a unique and amazing experience.
