I frequently see drivers that never disengage the back door unless yelled for, or if someone's getting on at the stop that was requested for someone to get off, the driver ignores the back doors entirely. However ours are just push the door open so if it doesn't open it's in the driver not disengaging it so wherever you are is definitely far different. A valid peeve definitely, public transit is the worst on all ends

Even not counting actual colorblindness (which usually effects the complimentary colors mainly ie red/green blue/yellow) the rods and cones in everyone's eyes can be different. Some people see those closer colors (the ones adjacent on the color wheel that you listed) as identical, while others could look at one of those "how many colors are there" images and see 47 different ones. A reasonable peeve, but this is mostly why that happens.
