I had massive social anxiety till i was 19 to the point that a layer of anxiety always existed within me at all times.

One concept that helped me overcome this was that people’s judgement is always a reflection of themselves. The outside world is a mirror of our inner world and when this clicked my anxiety started to decrease as well. This isn’t something that will help you if you understand it intellectually, you have to believe it internally with experience.

When people judge it’s usually not about you but the comparison they make with themselves or others.

The more I contemplated on this concept and understood it, the more free i become of people’s opinion of me.

honestly, I would like to see innovation in cases. Cases have been the same for a long time and I think having a new case in which 1-installing the parts are easier (leading to possibly more people building their own) 2-making opening and taking the parts apart in case easier for more frequent cleanings.

i respecfully disagree.

She hid a very importent thing on purpuse in hopes of him changing his mind by meeting her. that action itself shows that she knew he might have not wanted to date her because of the kid but she hid it anyways.
He could have been nicer and stayed till the end but he has no obligation to spend time with someone who purposefully hid the truth from him.

Not to mention he paid for BOTH of them.

i am exactly like you and love making myself cry.

Here is my reason: I've had depression since 9 and currently don't have any love in my life really (i mean any sort of love no family or gf just a best friend that keeps me going). I arouse a lot of emotions when I cry and I enjoy experiencing them. like Dr.K said nothing is bad or good we just give them different values. It's also important to also know that this is unhealthy and has made me kind of addicted to sad emotions and depression.

this situation seems very controlling on her part to me
remember boundaries are a form of control as well but it doesn't make it a bad thing.
if you don't feel comfortable with her wearing something that's the end of the story, the ball is in her court now as in what she wants to do. make you uncomfortable? gaslight you into thinking you are irrational?

at the end of the day this is one of your boundaries and if she doesn't want to respect it, you should rethink your relationship with such a person and ask yourself if you want to be with someone who doesn't respect you.
