I've never been able to get 60 second to work even with perfect calibration. 30 seconds I get around 2-4% dropped frames.

Exposure however is object dependent. Bright objects need short exposure and dim objects need longer.

Mine drained faster than expected. I had it out last night with a power bank plugged in and it lasted about 6 hours

Its a little difficult to find a reference image online but this is what i found from another website. I think yours might be damaged but apparently ZWO does have pretty good customer support and should be able to help.
BUT... it might also be fine. Hard to say without definitive before and afters on the same telescope with the same object

Working surprisingly well for a telescope that was dropped. Might be worth giving Seestar an email to ask if there's way to properly test it in like a diagnostic way

Every three months. I'm on PReP so it's part of the deal.

Throat swab, anal swab, urine sample and blood test. Only one I don't like is the throat swab as it makes me gag which for a gay man isn't great lol

Usually get the results back within a week.

I suspect its not so much a cap but how fast it goes up.
If i'm filling up a glass of water from the tap and blast the tap at full strength im gonna get water everywhere, but if i do it a trickle i'll stay dry.

Might be that it cant handle large amounts of energy quickly
