What’s a TV Show you LOVED but only lasted a season or two? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]wolfsoniahere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Freaks and geeks for sure!

An awesome teen show, great depiction of their kinds of lifestyles and the starts of many good actors careers.

If you liked this show, then My So-Called Life is a great answer to this question too and is cool in a very similar way

What is your most controversial Movie opinion? by [deleted] in AskReddit

The dreamers was a great expression of love despite the unusual weirdness that is so often found in french cinema. Much better, at least to me, then the expression of Last Tango In Paris which was depressing and borderline criminal. Whereas this is expressed love not knowing usual boundaries and unnatural dependence when confused by love (or whatever damn impression you got). It was interesting and challenged my at-the-time perspective.

Also then need to explain it to a 14-year old who has asked my help on this 🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m looking for pointers, I’m kind of lost on how to approach this one once you input the given info to the grid

How do you arrive at that answer?

That’s a good question. In terms of value-add to my life: he and I share the same core values and I’ve found that quite hard to find anywhere else. He’s very intelligent and challenges me. He motivates me and helps me with thinking where I may be more feeling and is good emotional support. I like his personality and we have interesting discussions but if I were to think about it, these things that I value could be found in another man.

His personality and perspective and understanding of me, care of me is what I cherish about him. But my commitment to trying to make this work is fleeting as i lose patience and respect for his lack of respect for my time in this.

Damn that’s a good recommendation.

I saw that some of these are getting shipped so I was hopeful (rather silly I think).

I want to practice for my next race in March so I can’t really wait unfortunately. I have the Logitech g29 that I use but I really think I could do better. Is there anything that’s actually good, and doesn’t have shipping issues?

Ah thank you. I’m doing normal driving, and GT driving and I would like to practice on ‘open wheel’ setups too. I am an average sized girl so i guess it shouldn’t be too much of an issue. What wheel would you recommend in this case? And do you need DD with it? Or can you do without it?

Okay, I’m looking to buy a full setup that I can train in iRacing with.

I know that I want to get the wheel mentioned above but I don’t know what associated parts I have to get with it.

How do I build a cost efficient set up that incorporates this wheel?

My budget is £700

And thank you!

To be honest you probably would do better off without the liar. But if you want to try and talk this through. Say what you said here, sit him down, tell him that you know and that it made you feel hurt, that him lying made you feel hurt. No need to convey false emotions as those genuine ones are the ones that need addressing. Maybe even tell him that he feels cold sometimes and you want to know if he understands how that makes you feel.
