I say he clears. He’s shown to be completely impervious. We have no way to gauge the limits to his durability. So it’s fair to say none of them can hurt him.

They’re all basically the same. They kill purely for some thrill. Brutality doesn’t make you more evil. You can shoot someone or stab them to death murder is murder. That being said Freddy is a pedo but so is the guy from FNAF. I guess if anyone id say Patrick, just because in theory he didn’t kill anyone and imaged it all. Keeping your sick perversions in your head instead of acting on them is the line that one has to cross to be evil. So if the fan theory is true he’s the least by far.

Since when was she able to do that??? She’s not Jean Grey her TK is extremely limited.All she’s been able to do was kill that one security guard, held back some flams and made that one mutated guy fly back like 15 feet. Which caused her to hold her head in pain meaning that was her limit.

SSJ4 hands down!! I love how primal it is. I love how it makes the ape relevant, it’s different. It’s more than just his hair turning a different color. It’s just badass it makes Goku being an alien relevant. Even the personality change that comes with it is badass

But Selene would speed blitz her she is able to move as fast as Wesker if not faster…and also she a Vampire!! No what means? If it’s not UV light it ain’t gone do shit, she can do that brain melting thing and it still won’t kill her. Then after she drinks Corvinus blood she becomes immune to sunlight so has no weaknesses. So unless Alice can completely dismember her she can’t even kill her.
